jekyll and Docker

Next post Previous post

Monday 8 September notes

  • Finally made time to re-install software and update open lab notebook. Catching up on over a month of updates.
  • Biology seminar: Bryan Baillif - phosphoproteomics

Working on getting set-up with Amazon EC2 - roughly following this great step-by-step guide!

Looking into using CloudBioLinux machine image so most bioinformatics programs are loaded.

Next up - setting up a Docker container to run transcriptome analysis!

Good place to start is Docker for ROpenSci
